It is also important to consider that some items may be made to order or imported specifically for the customer. Such products are not eligible for express delivery options, as they require additional processing time. For orders that include multiple items, particularly those that contain pre-order products, it is standard practice for the entire order to be held until all items are ready for dispatch.
